Who Am I?

I’m a Certified Reiki Master and Sound Healer, a lover of all things “woo-woo”, and a firm believer in energy healing. I created this space as a place to share my thoughts, experiences, and insights on my practice with energy healing modalities.

Why I Started LYD

I started LYD to share with the world the spiritual tools and insights that I have collected and created along my spiritual journey. It all began when I discovered I was empathic at a young age. I knew I was different, but didn’t know why. I was very hypersensitive and often struggled with my emotions. This led to depression, anxiety, and a rough dark night of the soul. I finally found my way to a spiritual awakening and I would love to help others get there without the struggles I had.

On LYD you can find insight into energy healing modalities, such as Reiki and Sound Healing. You can also find my Journals, Reiki guides, and spiritual learning tools in my shops.

When I’m not on LYD, you can find me hanging out and having fun with my 2 beautiful daughters and my amazing husband. I believe that life is about the balance of the mind, body, and spirit.
